Just like everything you own, it really depends on how you use it and how you care for it. We take every care to produce the highest quality chairs designed to last for many years of comfortable, ergonomic seating – but exactly how many years comes down to how you treat it.

ERGOSPACE must be contacted before returning goods for a warranty claim and be supported by a corresponding order/invoice number. Our staff will then advise if the problem can be solved with replacement parts, or if the goods must be returned for full repair or replacement.
Your chair will come with full assembly instructions. Please contact customer service if you did not receive these so we can supply them to you.
While a good chair will assist the body to maintain a healthier posture, we don’t know the root cause of your pain and can’t guarantee healing . Please see a medical or physical therapy professional for specialized help.
We wish, but unfortunately, the 3-year warranty is eligible for the items purchased in the United States only.
